Since revitalizing Prezzo Boca Raton in 2019, P Hospitality has grown intentionally, expanding its portfolio to include Prezzo Boca Raton, Prezzo Palm Beach Gardens, Corvina Seafood Grill, Eddie and Vinny's, Dear Olivia Bar and Kitchen, and Amante's Italian Restaurant, with Ember and Vine opening soon. Each concept is thoughtfully developed to reflect its community while maintaining a consistent standard of quality, hospitality, and care.
