Eddie Pozzuoli is the visionary behind P Hospitality Management, bringing over 20 years of industry experience, a relentless work ethic, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences rooted in genuine hospitality.

Eddie's career began with foundational roles at Wings Plus and Ruth's Chris Steak House, where he developed a strong operational backbone and people-first leadership style. He went on to hold key positions in both full-service dining and nightlife, including Blue Martini Lounge and his family's beloved Tavolino Della Notte, shaping his well-rounded approach to hospitality.

In 2019, Eddie and his wife Christina revitalized Prezzo Boca Raton, later expanding the concept to Palm Beach Gardens and helping elevate Corvina Seafood Grill. As P Hospitality continued to grow, the group opened Dear Olivia Bar & Kitchen, assumed operations of Amante's Italian Restaurant, and expanded its portfolio with the upcoming Ember & Vine concept.

A cornerstone of Eddie's journey is Eddie & Vinny's, a concept deeply rooted in family and legacy. Named in honor of three generations—Eddie, his father, and his son, alongside Vinny, his father-in-law and other son—the restaurant reflects the values that have guided his career: hard work, connection, and community.

Known for leading by example, Eddie teaches through action—empowering his teams to operate with both heart and hustle. His philosophy is simple: hospitality is about people—creating meaningful moments for guests, staff, and the communities they serve.

Outside the restaurant world, Eddie enjoys time with his wife and two sons, traveling, discovering new culinary experiences, and drawing inspiration from the places and people around him. His life moves fast, but remains grounded in purpose, passion, and connection.

Christina Pozzuoli's passion for hospitality started in her grandparents' Pennsylvania ice cream shop, where she learned the power of warm, memorable experiences. That early exposure to small business ownership instilled in her a deep work ethic and a genuine love for connecting with people.

As co-founder of P Hospitality, Christina brings that same heart and hustle to every aspect of the business. With a background in marketing and hands-on experience across every restaurant role — from hostess and bartender to manager and bookkeeper — she plays a key role in shaping strategy, brand identity, and team culture.

Her leadership style is grounded in preparation, adaptability, and trust. She believes great hospitality begins with saying "yes," a philosophy sparked by a conversation with industry mentor Burt Rapoport before relaunching Prezzo in 2019. Since then, that mindset has become a guiding principle: lead with solutions, elevate the guest experience, and take care of your people.

From building brand campaigns to supporting teams on the floor, Christina leads with equal parts strategy and empathy. Outside of work, she finds balance in hot yoga, beach time, and life with her two sons — Eddie and Vinny — the namesakes of one of her proudest ventures.

For Christina, hospitality is more than a career — it's a way of life rooted in generosity, connection, and creating spaces people want to return to.

Daniel Gabai has built his career from the ground up, starting at just 15 years old as a busboy and working his way through nearly every role in the restaurant industry. With over a decade of experience in the dynamic Las Vegas dining scene, he has developed a deep understanding of restaurant operations and customer service. Along the way, he successfully operated catering businesses and consistently excelled in sales, earning recognition as the top performer at several companies.

Driven, personable, and results-oriented, Daniel thrives on leading by example and creating strong connections with both his teams and guests. His passion for hospitality, combined with his hunger for growth, fuels his dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Always seeking the next opportunity to innovate and excel, Daniel continues to push boundaries and set new standards of success in the restaurant industry.

Rob Saunders

Director of Operations

Rob Saunders is a tenured hospitality executive with over 25 years in the business. He is known for building high-performing teams, scaling dynamic restaurant concepts, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across premier markets. 

With a career rooted in some of the industry's most respected organizations—including Noble 33, 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, STARR Restaurants, The ONE Group, and Hersha Hospitality Management—Rob has developed a reputation for operational excellence, strong leadership, and an ability to turn vision into scalable, successful concepts.

His approach blends disciplined execution with a passion for hospitality, focusing on talent development, culture-building, and creating memorable experiences at every level of the business. Whether opening new locations or optimizing existing operations, Rob is committed to driving sustainable growth while maintaining the integrity and identity of each brand he represents.

Rob is a graduate of Roger Williams University and continues to be a forward-thinking leader in the evolving hospitality landscape.

Her career has been dedicated to building strong financial foundations for multi-unit restaurant groups, driving profitability through disciplined budgeting, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making. Emily's passion lies in aligning financial strategy with operational excellence to support sustainable growth.

Jeff Tunks

Culinary Director

Jeff Tunks is the Culinary Director of P Hospitality, where he oversees the culinary programs. With over 40 years of experience, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to every concept, ensuring each restaurant delivers exceptional dining experiences.

Before joining P Hospitality, Jeff relocated to South Florida to open Corvina Seafood Grill, where he gained acclaim for his innovative seafood-focused cuisine. Now, as Culinary Director, he collaborates closely with chefs across the group, including Executive Chef David Garcia, with whom he helped develop the menu for Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian.

Jeff Tunks leads with a passion for culinary creativity and a commitment to excellence, shaping menus that delight guests and elevate dining across all of P Hospitality's restaurants.

Regional Executive Chef

David Garcia is the Executive Chef of Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian and Regional Chef for the Prezzo brands under P Hospitality Management. A Los Angeles native with over a decade of culinary experience, David is known for blending classic Italian traditions with fresh, modern techniques that highlight bold flavors and seasonal ingredients.

His career began in Pasadena, California, where he refined his craft in some of the area's most respected kitchens, developing a strong foundation in handmade pastas and regional Italian specialties. David joined P Hospitality at its inception in 2016, playing a key role in the success of Tavolino Della Notte and helping open two of the group's concepts. As Regional Chef for Prezzo, he has been instrumental in menu development, brand consistency, and culinary leadership across multiple locations.

Now returning to the original Tavolino space to lead Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian, David brings passion, precision, and vision to a concept that reimagines coastal Italian dining with elevated ingredients and refined execution.

Outside the kitchen, David enjoys golf and spending time with his wife, Sara, and their three children—Bella, Tristan, and Harlee. More than a chef, he is a dedicated leader who believes great food brings people together.
